  • You strictly agree NOT to upload or publish any content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines, copyright laws, trademark protections, or contains unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material.
  • aitrende is not liable for any content moderation actions, strikes, or restrictions imposed by TikTok on your account resulting from user-published content.

3. Intellectual Property

All original website design, code, graphics, branding, and articles on aitrende are the intellectual property of aitrende and protected under applicable copyright and international property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
